Hunter Recruiting is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Sourcing Specialist with a strong background in talent acquisition (TA) to support the recruitment process. The primary responsibility will be conducting phone screens for technical and professional roles. This position will involve using internal tools and systems to manage and update candidate notes consistently throughout the workday. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with technology, follow established processes, and engage in technical phone screenings for exempt, individual contributor roles.

Sourcing Specialist Responsibilities:
  • Conduct phone screens for candidates using internal tools and processes, ensuring all assessments are completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Focus on roles in finance, IT, and supply chain (e.g., production planners, scheduling analysts) for both professionals and managers.
  • Complete and update candidate profiles and interview notes in the internal system in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a high volume of phone screenings daily
  • Utilize MS Teams for virtual video interviews and follow a structured phone template during interviews.
  • Follow internal processes and maintain a high standard of completeness and accuracy throughout each step of the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team as needed, ensuring alignment on candidate profiles and feedback.

Sourcing Specialist Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a staffing firm or corporate office environment.
  • Strong experience with recruiting for technical roles, specifically in finance, IT, and supply chain.
  • Ability to conduct technical phone screens for professionals, managers, and exempt roles.
  • Familiarity with internal systems and processes, or a willingness to quickly adapt to them.
  • Proficiency with MS Teams for video interviewing.
  • Ability to work independently and handle a high volume of screenings while maintaining accuracy and consistency.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail.
