Sr. Finance Analyst
Location: Lisle, IL (Onsite)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Sr. Finance Analyst Overview:
The Senior Finance Analyst is responsible for supporting key finance and accounting functions through financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. This role partners with business leaders to provide strategic financial insights, maintain accurate financial records, and identify opportunities to improve processes and controls.
Sr. Finance Analyst Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of finance and accounting activities to support business operations.
- Conduct financial analyses and develop financial models.
- Prepare financial plans, forecasts, and budgets.
- Interpret financial reports and tax returns.
- Establish and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Ensure appropriate fiscal controls are in place to safeguard company assets.
- Maintain accounting and financial records, including the general ledger and financial statements.
- Prepare regulatory, management, and financial reports.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and support strategic financial initiatives.
Sr. Finance Analyst Qualifications
- Strong financial analysis and financial modeling experience.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate complex business data.
- Solid understanding of accounting and general business principles.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present information to various audiences.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
