Sr. IT Software Developer
100% Remote (Based in EST)
12 Month Contract

For this contractor assignment, seeking a Full Stack developer with strong cloud experience that will work in a fast paced, collaborative environment, with groups in both IT and business areas: designing, coding, unit testing in a variety of technologies including Cloud, backend, API and database.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
• Coding
• System and Unit testing
• Working with story cards - point system
• Tasking cards
• Writing technical documentation
• Writing technical designs
• Requirements sync (presenting results to the technical lead)
Required skills:
• Strong experience with AWS cloud services, including Lambda, S3, SNS, SQS, DynamoDB, Event Bridge, and CloudWatch.
• Proficiency in Terraform for AWS infrastructure provisioning and management.
• Strong development skills in C#.
• Experience with SQL Server.
• Experience with OpenShift platform and API development.
• Understanding Event-Driven Architecture implementation patterns.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, troubleshooting, and collaboration skills.
Preferred skills and experiences:
• Experience in developing and maintaining Integration Tests.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Minimum of 7 years related work experience programming and supporting software applications.
- {OR} Completion of a technical training program and 4 years related work experience programming and supporting software applications.
- {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher in an Information Technology or related field of study (e.g. Engineering, Math, Science) and 4 years related work experience programming and supporting software applications.
