The Supply Chain Data Analyst will support a strategic initiative focused on streamlining and standardizing the Instrument Asset Tracking Tool across locations. This role will play a key part in improving data accuracy, eliminating redundancies, and helping establish sustainable processes for ongoing instrument file management.
Supply Chain Data Analyst Responsibilities:

The Supply Chain Data Analyst will support a strategic initiative focused on streamlining and standardizing the Instrument Asset Tracking Tool across locations. This role will play a key part in improving data accuracy, eliminating redundancies, and helping establish sustainable processes for ongoing instrument file management.
Supply Chain Data Analyst Responsibilities:
- Partner with Supply Chain teams to analyze, cleanse, and standardize instrument data within the Instrument Asset Tracking Tool and Service Parts Management (SPM) system
- Identify and dedupe duplicate instrument records across multiple sources
- Standardize key data fields, including: Manufacturer Part Number & Manufacturer, Internal Instrument ID, Instrument Description, Supplier, & Unit Price
- Cross-reference multiple Excel data sets to reconcile differences and ensure consistency across systems
- Update SPM records with corrected and standardized data (SPM experience not required; training will be provided)
- Establish and document processes for centralized management of the instrument master file, including: Intake procedures, Data validation, & Record building and approval
- Support a quarterly instrument reconciliation (“true-up”) alongside the Finance team
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure standard operating procedures are followed across locations
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or related field
- Experience working with large datasets, preferably in a supply chain, logistics, or healthcare environment
- Strong Excel skills, including data cleanup, cross-referencing, lookups, filtering, and pivot tables
- High attention to detail with the ability to identify inconsistencies and drive data standardization
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
- Ability to learn new systems and data entry processes quickly (SPM training provided)
- Background in supply chain, procurement, inventory management, or data analysis
- Experience with data normalization, master data management, or asset tracking systems is a plus
