Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Talent Advisor to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will partner with hiring managers to recruit top talent across various locations, business lines, and functions in North America. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruiting exempt professionals, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and executing innovative sourcing strategies. This role requires adaptability, problem-solving skills, and the ability to influence hiring decisions while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct intake sessions with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define expectations.
  • Develop and execute quality job postings to attract top talent.
  • Identify and implement effective sourcing strategies to build a diverse candidate pipeline.
  • Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to offer, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
  • Provide regular updates to hiring managers and HR business partners throughout the recruitment process.
  • Create pre-screening questions, review resumes, and conduct initial candidate assessments.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers to provide guidance and influence best hiring practices.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal requirements and employment laws.
  • Demonstrate innovation and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment.
  • Exhibit a positive, proactive, and results-oriented approach with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Use independent judgment and discretion in delivering recruitment services.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience recruiting exempt professionals.
  • Strong understanding of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Consulting skills, including questioning assumptions and providing alternative perspectives.
  • Proven experience in social sourcing, leveraging AI in recruitment, and promoting organizational talent brand.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment (in-office at least 3 days per week).
  • Advanced degree in HR or related field preferred
  • Experience with Workday Recruit ATS and Phenom CRM preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to manage difficult-to-fill positions and target passive candidates preferred
