Technical Documentation Specialist will support Hair Care R&D by developing, maintaining, and standardizing technical documentation related to company technologies. This role focuses on capturing complex scientific information related to hair structure, function, methods, and endpoints, and translating it into clear, accurate, and compliant documentation aligned with company standards.
Technical Documentation Specialist Responsibilities:
Develop, write, edit, and maintain technical documentation supporting technology platforms.
Document hair structure and function data, including technical methods and testing endpoints.
Standardize and update hair care methods, protocols, and technical reports for internal use.
Collaborate with scientists, engineers, and technical teams to capture accurate and current technical content.
Review existing documentation for accuracy, clarity, and consistency with technical standards.
Ensure all documentation aligns with internal quality, compliance, and knowledge management requirements.
Organize and maintain technical records to support knowledge transfer and continuity across teams.
Perform other documentation-related duties as assigned.
Technical Documentation Specialist Requirements:
Previous experience in technical or R&D environments.
Minimum of 10+ years of experience in technical documentation, scientific writing, or technical communication.
Demonstrated experience with Hair Care technology including hair structure and function, hair methods, and endpoints.
Advanced technical writing and editing skills with the ability to clearly communicate complex scientific information.
Skills and Knowledge:
Strong understanding of documentation standards and internal processes.
Ability to translate scientific and technical data into clear, structured written content.
Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional technical teams.
Proficient in technical documentation tools and standard office software.
