VP of Operations will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, be responsible for overseeing all aspects of manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and operational strategy. This individual will drive efficiency, profitability, and scalability while fostering a culture of innovation, safety, and high performance across all operational functions.
Responsibilities:
· Provide strategic leadership for manufacturing operations, engineering, maintenance, and production across multiple lines and processes.
· Oversee supply chain functions, including procurement, inventory control, scheduling, logistics, and warehouse management.
· Develop long-term operational strategies that align with corporate goals for growth, efficiency, and profitability.
· Partner with cross-functional teams (R&D, Sales, Quality, Finance, IT, and HR) to ensure operational capabilities support business objectives and customer requirements.
· Lead Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Continuous Improvement initiatives to optimize processes, reduce waste, and improve cost efficiency.
· Establish and monitor enterprise-level KPIs to ensure operational performance aligns with strategic goals.
· Manage capital expenditure projects, ensuring alignment with growth and modernization initiatives.
· Promote a culture of safety, compliance, and accountability, ensuring adherence to ISO 9001, IATF 16949, OSHA, and other regulatory standards.
· Build and mentor a high-performing leadership team, driving talent development and succession planning.
· Provide executive-level reporting on operational performance, strategic initiatives, and key metrics to the CEO and Board of Directors.

- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field (MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred).
- 15+ years of progressive operations leadership experience, including at least 5–7 years at a senior executive level (Director, VP, or equivalent).
- Proven success in driving efficiency, scalability, and cost optimization in a complex, continuous manufacturing environment.
- Expertise in ERP systems and modern manufacturing technologies.
- In-depth knowledge of compliance, quality systems, and regulatory standards.
