Warehouse Associate is responsible for manufacturing and assembling insulation products while supporting warehouse operations as needed. This role includes fabricating products, preparing customer orders for shipment, maintaining equipment, and helping keep the warehouse clean, organized, and efficient
Warehouse Associate Responsibilities:
- Fabricate and assemble insulation products to customer specifications
- Operate production equipment and hand tools safely
- Prepare, palletize, shrink wrap, and stage customer orders for shipment
- Assist with shipping, receiving, and loading/unloading freight
- Perform basic equipment upkeep and maintain a clean work area
- Support warehouse organization and inventory movement
- Assist with production improvements and special projects as needed
- Follow all safety procedures and complete other duties assigned by management
Warehouse Associate Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ years of manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred
- FedEx or UPS processing experience preferred
- Forklift/tow-motor experience preferred
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Basic computer and math skills
