Welder Overview:
Perform precision welding and related operations to support the production of small aerospace components. Operate semi-automated welding equipment, perform TIG and EB welds, and maintain tooling and quality standards in accordance with aerospace specifications.

Welder Responsibilities:

• Operate semi-automated welding machines.

• Perform TIG and Electron Beam (EB) welding on small aerospace parts (final products fit in the palm of your hand).

• Assemble, set up, and maintain tooling and fixtures.

• Conduct leak testing operations and maintain associated documentation.

• Operate heat treat and furnace brazing equipment.

• Perform spot welding, tinning, and drilling of housings.

• Maintain accurate and complete quality records.

Welder Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Minimum 1 year of machinist and/or welding experience.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.

Welder Position Criteria:

• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.

• Strong attention to detail and precision in all work performed.
