The Chemist will support formulation design and laboratory testing activities for the Formulation Design team. This role will perform hands-on laboratory work, conduct physical stability testing, accurately record data and observations, and help maintain safe and organized lab practices. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's-level understanding of chemistry and chemical principles, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented R&D environment.

Chemist Responsibilities:
- Perform laboratory testing and formulation support activities in accordance with established procedures and safety expectations.
- Conduct physical stability analyses, including viscosity, density, and other required measurements.
- Prepare, handle, and evaluate chemical samples while applying sound chemical principles and safe laboratory practices.
- Record experimental data, observations, and results accurately, clearly, and promptly.
- Support formulation development efforts by assisting with testing, troubleshooting, and documentation.
- Maintain an organized work area and contribute to compliance with laboratory safety and housekeeping standards.
- Collaborate with scientists, chemists, and cross-functional team members to meet project timelines and shifting priorities.
- Manage multiple assignments while responding quickly and effectively to changing business needs.
- Bachelor-level knowledge of chemicals, chemistry, or chemical principles is required.
- One to three years of laboratory experience is required.
- Experience with physical stability analysis, such as viscosity and density testing, is required.
- Working knowledge of formulation development is preferred.
- Strong critical thinking, organization, and attention to detail are required.
- Must be self-motivated and able to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
- Must be flexible, able to multitask, and able to respond quickly to shifting priorities.
