Marketing Analyst Job Responsibilities
- Support global brand and content update initiatives across customer-facing marketing communications.
- Coordinate Updates to product data sheets, brochures, presentations, event materials, videos, templates, and other marketing collateral.
- Maintain accurate asset inventories, source file references, version information, ownership details, and project status.
- Support established review and approval processes to ensure materials are accurate and ready for use.
- Assist with website content and digital asset updates, including content replacement, migration support, and quality assurance.
- Review Published digital content for accuracy, working links, appropriate asset versions, and brand consistency.
- Maintain project plans, trackers, timelines, milestones, dependencies, owners, and completion metrics.
- Coordinate deliverables with internal teams, creative agencies, production vendors, and external partners.
- Communicate Project risks, timing constraints, approval delays, and unresolved content gaps to appropriate stakeholders.
- Conduct content and asset audits and recommend improvements related to organization, duplication, outdated materials, workflow efficiency, and governance.
Marketing Analyst Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- 2–5 years of experience in marketing communications, digital marketing, content operations, project coordination, or a related field.
- Strong Organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience Working with marketing collateral, websites, presentations, digital content, and project documentation.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, including maintaining detailed trackers and creating clear status reports.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate project progress effectively.
- Experience Collaborating with cross-functional teams, internal stakeholders, agencies, vendors, or regional partners.
- Experience with brand consistency, content governance, digital asset management, or large-scale content updates is preferred.
- Familiarity with content management systems, digital asset management platforms, work management tools, localization, or translation workflows is a plus.
- Experience Knowledge in B2B, manufacturing, industrial, automotive, commercial vehicle, or aftermarket industries is preferred.
