- Analyze customer needs and feedback to identify training requirements.
- Design comprehensive course roadmaps incorporating a variety of learning activities.
- Develop engaging and informative course modules, workbooks, and other training materials.
- Integrate multimedia elements such as videos, animations, and simulations.
- Ensure content accuracy and alignment with product specifications.
- Collaborate with engineers and subject matter experts to understand product features and functionality.
- Conduct independent research on new technologies, perform on-vehicle validation, and assist with lab creation.
- Translate complex technical language into clear, concise, and easy-to-understand learning materials.
- Stay up to date on the latest technical developments and industry trends.
- Apply adult learning principles and instructional design best practices to promote effective knowledge retention.
- Tailor content to different learning styles and skill levels.
- Design assessments to measure learner progress and course effectiveness.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and graphic designers.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Provide progress updates and maintain clear documentation.
- Effectively multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time to meet project deadlines.

- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Proven ability to write clear, concise, and engaging technical content.
- Experience with eLearning development tools and platforms, including Articulate Storyline and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
- Passion for technology and the ability to translate complex information into clear and engaging learning experiences.
- Previous automotive or dealership hands-on experience preferred.
- Previous project management experience preferred.
