We are seeking an experienced Medical-Surgical/Telemetry Registered Nurse (MS/Tele RN) to join a 30-bed medical/surgical unit specializing in pre-op and post-op solid organ transplant, post-op bariatric surgery and other general medical/surgical patients. This is an excellent opportunity to care for a diverse patient population in a highly specialized acute care setting.

Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered nursing care to medical-surgical and telemetry patients.
- Monitor and assess patients before and after surgical procedures.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support optimal patient outcomes.
- Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and progress.
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of recent MS/Telemetry RN experience
- Current Ohio RN License or Compact RN License (required)
- AHA BLS certification (required)
- AHA ACLS certification (required)
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
