  • Lead recurring program execution meetings to review delivery status, material availability, production constraints, quality issues, and emerging risks.
  • Identify and drive resolution of obstacles affecting manufacturing flow, throughput, inventory availability, and critical customer requirements.
  • Coordinate the prioritization and expediting of critical materials, components, outside services, and customer-provided equipment to support production requirements.
  • Work with buyers, planners, suppliers, material management personnel, and other stakeholders to address shortages and prevent production interruptions.
  • Partner with supply chain and planning organizations to allocate constrained materials and resources according to customer commitments and business priorities.
  • Coordinate escalations involving supplier performance, material availability, quality issues, engineering changes, and manufacturing constraints.
  • Track hardware and order status throughout the manufacturing process, from material receipt through final shipment.
  • Develop and manage recovery strategies for past-due orders, supplier delays, changing customer requirements, and other schedule disruptions.
  • Present operational risks, mitigation plans, material concerns, and delivery status to senior leadership and customer representatives as appropriate.
  • Communicate changes to customer commitments, schedules, risks, and recovery actions to relevant internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain regular communication with customers regarding forecasts, changing priorities, critical requirements, and potential execution issues.
  • Support initiatives designed to improve production flow, inventory performance, planning effectiveness, and overall operational efficiency.
  • Analyze key operational indicators, including delivery performance, backlog, shortages, production attainment, inventory, and supplier performance, and establish corrective action plans where needed.
  • Coordinate the implementation of engineering, manufacturing, configuration, and customer-directed changes while minimizing disruption to ongoing production.
  • Participate in contract reviews, proposal activities, production readiness assessments, customer program reviews, and broader business planning initiatives.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • 2–5 years of experience in program management, operations, supply chain, manufacturing engineering, production control, or a related manufacturing function.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams against delivery, cost, quality, and schedule objectives.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Power BI, and Project, as well as ERP/MRP platforms.
  • Understanding of financial forecasting and operational performance metrics.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations management, supply chain management, business administration, or another relevant technical discipline.
  • Experience within highly regulated manufacturing environment.
  • Background managing production recovery efforts, schedule execution, and delivery performance in a complex or high-mix manufacturing environment.
  • Demonstrated experience expediting critical materials and components, resolving shortages, and mitigating supply chain risks.
  • Experience leading recurring operational, customer, and senior leadership reviews.
  • Familiarity with aerospace manufacturing practices, AS9100 quality requirements, and applicable regulatory standards.
