Radiant Cupid Analyst

The Radiant Cupid Analyst will support the design, configuration, implementation, and optimization of the Epic Radiant application. This individual will participate in application design sessions, gather and document build requirements, and work closely with the IT team to implement approved system enhancements. The analyst will also assist with system testing, validation, and end-user training to ensure successful application deployment and adoption.

The Radiant Cupid Analyst will support the design, configuration, implementation, and optimization of the Epic Radiant application. Radiant Cupid Analyst Responsibilities:
- Participate in Epic Radiant application design and workflow sessions
- Gather, document, and validate application build requirements with stakeholders
- Configure and complete assigned Epic Radiant build activities
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement approved application enhancements and system changes
- Perform system testing, validation, and troubleshooting to ensure application functionality and quality
- Support defect resolution and system optimization efforts
- Partner with training teams to develop end-user training materials and documentation
- Maintain project documentation and communicate project status to stakeholders
- Utilize ServiceNow to manage incidents, requests, and change management activities
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies regarding patient privacy, security, and data integrity
- Experience supporting or building Epic Radiant applications
- Understanding of Epic application design, configuration, testing, and implementation methodologies
- Experience participating in application build and validation activities
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
- Experience using ServiceNow or a similar IT service management platform
