Senior Technical Support Analyst Responsibilities:
- Support international dealers and body builders to provide repair and diagnostic support
- Provide feedback on publications to our publication teams
- Escalate trending failure modes to the service engineering team
- Future travel to dealer locations is a possibility
- High School Diploma
- 4+ years of field service engineering, automotive service, or truck service experience
- Experience with diesel
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- Microsoft Office experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Class 8 Truck experience
- Critical thinking and problem solving
