We are seeking a Vice President of Strategy & Growth to lead domestic and international commercial growth strategy. This executive will provide leadership across sales, marketing, business development, strategic customer relationships, and long-term business growth.

The ideal candidate will be a senior commercial leader with a strong technical foundation, demonstrated success growing a B2B business, and experience developing high-performing teams and future leaders.

Vice President of Strategy & Growth Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales, marketing, and commercial growth strategies.
  • Lead, develop, and mentor sales and marketing teams.
  • Identify new markets, customers, partnerships, and business opportunities.
  • Manage strategic customer relationships and key negotiations.
  • Oversee pricing, forecasting, budgeting, and commercial performance.
  • Evaluate market trends, competitive activity, and portfolio opportunities.
  • Drive revenue growth, profitability, market expansion, and new business development.
  • Partner with executive leadership on strategic planning and major business initiatives.
  • Establish effective sales processes, systems, and performance metrics.
  • Support strategic business transactions and portfolio optimization initiatives.
  • Develop succession plans and strengthen the organization's commercial leadership pipeline.

Vice President of Strategy & Growth Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a technical degree required; MBA desired.
  • Significant experience in sales, marketing, business development, and commercial leadership within an industrial/B2B environment.
  • Senior-level leadership experience at the VP or Global Director level.
  • Demonstrated success achieving revenue, margin, and business-growth objectives.
  • Experience leading and developing teams through other leaders.
  • Strong strategic planning, financial, negotiation, and business-development skills.
  • Experience with domestic and international markets.
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
