We are looking for a motivated professional who wants to build a long-term career as a wealth advisor. This role provides the opportunity to work directly alongside experienced advisors and gain hands-on experience in every aspect of the profession, including; financial planning, investment strategy, client relationship management, and business development. You will receive mentorship and coaching while developing the technical knowledge and interpersonal skills required to become a trusted advisor. Over time, the goal is for this role to evolve into a lead advisory position within the firm.

Associate Wealth Advisor Responsibilities
- Assist advisors in preparing financial plans and client recommendations
- Participate in client meetings and follow-up implementation
- Research planning strategies and investment solutions
- Support portfolio analysis and reporting
- Contribute to business development and prospecting efforts
- Deliver exceptional client service and relationship support
Associate Wealth Advisor Requirements
- 3+ years experience in financial services or wealth management
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
- Securities licensing preferred (Series 6/7, 65, or SIE)
- Strong interest in financial planning and investment strategy
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong analytical ability
- CFP® designation or pursuit preferred
