Pay Rate:
The Technical Dress Rehearsal (TDR) Tester is responsible for ensuring IT systems and clinical technology are fully operational and ready for facility opening and go-live activities. Working onsite with the project leadership team, this role executes testing procedures, verifies the functionality of workstations, peripherals, and other technology, documents test results, and reports any issues requiring resolution.

Epic TDR Analyst Responsibilities
- Execute Technical Dress Rehearsal (TDR) test scripts to verify workstations, devices, and technology are fully operational
- Validate the functionality of computers, printers, scanners, badge readers, and other connected peripherals
- Record testing results, identifying issues, and communicating findings to the appropriate project team for resolution
- Perform follow-up testing to confirm equipment is functioning properly after issues have been addressed
- Provide basic hardware setup, equipment installation, and peripheral connectivity support as needed
- Maintain accurate testing records, asset tracking, and inventory documentation
- Complete daily testing assignments and project tasks as directed by the Site Coordinator
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with desktop support, field services, or IT deployment
- Strong troubleshooting and attention to detail
- Ability to follow written instructions and document results
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
