HR Administrator Overview:
The Human Resources Administrator is responsible for supporting a wide range of human resources functions, including employee relations, training, compliance with employment laws and company policies, and day-to-day HR administrative operations. This position primarily supports the organization's temporary workforce, manages basic employee account access and related administrative tasks, assists with the administrative side of company safety programs, and plays a key role in fostering a positive workplace culture while supporting effective workforce management and organizational success.

HR Administrator Responsibilities:
  • Primarily support the organization's temporary workforce by providing day-to-day HR administrative support.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
  • Handle basic employee account access and related administrative tasks.
  • Assist with the administrative side of company safety programs.
  • Support employee relations by addressing employee concerns and assisting with workplace issue resolution.
  • Coordinate employee training and professional development programs.
  • Assist with performance management processes.
  • Facilitate employee engagement and retention initiatives.
  • Assist with planning and organizing company events.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required. Significant related experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Proven experience in Human Resources or a related role.
  • Working knowledge of HR principles, employment laws, and HR best practices.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency with HR software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong customer service orientation and collaborative mindset.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
