Manufacturing Engineer

Pay:
The Manufacturing Engineer will support engineering projects and develop technical drawings that translate engineering and architectural designs into detailed plans for building products and structures. The Manufacturing Engineer will collaborate with engineering and other professionals to clarify design specifications and layout updates using AutoCAD, place and follow up on purchase orders for new tooling and equipment, and produce and check design drawings to verify accuracy and compliance with industry standards.

Manufacturing Engineer Responsibilities
- Support engineering projects
- Develop technical drawings that create detailed plans for building products and structures
- Coordinate multidisciplinary project review between departments and other stakeholders
- Create and follow up on problem follow-up sheets to monitor and guide completion of activities
- Support prototype pilot build constructions
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- Proficient in AutoCAD (2D and 3D)
- Ability to analyze design sketches and specifications to create technical drawings
- Knowledge of engineering practices and industry standards
- Ability to perform physical measurements to create layouts
- Experience with manufacturing tools and equipment
- Experience within the manufacturing of the automotive/truck industry
- Bilingual in English/ Spanish
