EXPERIENCE:
Prior inventory, supply chain, warehouse, materials handling, or retail/store stocking experience preferred. 6+ months of relevant experience preferred, but candidates with less experience may be considered.
CERTIFICATIONS:
None required.
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
• Basic inventory and stocking skills
• Ability to learn Supply Chain processes and department-specific systems
• Basic computer skills as needed for inventory or supply tracking
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
• Ability to consistently work 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
• Ability to work 5 scheduled days per week, including rotating weekends and holidays
• Ability to work onsite in a fast-paced hospital environment
• Ability to perform stocking and materials-handling responsibilities throughout the shift
• Dependable attendance and commitment to the full 13-week assignment
• Ability to safely move, organize, stock, and replenish supplies
• Must complete all required facility onboarding/compliance before starting
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Stock, replenish, and organize supplies throughout assigned hospital and OR support areas.
• Maintain appropriate inventory levels and ensure materials are available where needed.
• Pick, transport, and deliver supplies to designated departments and supply locations.
• Assist with receiving, organizing, and putting away materials.
• Support inventory organization and stock rotation.
• Identify low-stock items, discrepancies, or supply issues and escalate appropriately.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe supply areas.
• Follow hospital, department, safety, and infection-prevention procedures.
• Support additional Supply Chain and materials-handling needs as assigned.
