The Supply Chain Analyst is to support manufacturing plants by ensuring material availability to meet production demands. This role involves working closely with internal teams and external suppliers to address supply chain challenges, improve processes, and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
 
Supply Chain Analyst Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with manufacturing plants to resolve material availability issues, ensuring production schedules are maintained.
  • Work with internal departments and external suppliers to fulfill production requirements and mitigate supply chain disruptions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve supply chain processes and implement solutions to prevent reoccurring issues.
  • Partner with production facilities to identify and execute cost-saving initiatives related to freight, logistics, and operations.
  • Analyze data to track key performance metrics, monitor supply chain effectiveness, and recommend actionable improvements.
  • Support cross-functional teams by providing insights and recommendations for optimizing supply chain strategies.
 
Supply Chain Analyst Requirements: 
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Experience in supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, or related fields is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and implement cost-saving initiatives.
  • Proficiency in supply chain software and tools is a plus.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
