The Associate Delivery Lead supports the development and execution of strategies that improve patient recruitment, retention, and engagement within clinical programs. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to translate patient and researcher needs into effective, scalable solutions. The Associate Delivery Lead also contributes to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance processes, tools, and best practices. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a pharmaceutical or clinical development background who enjoys working collaboratively in a strategic and project-focused environment.
Associate Delivery Lead Responsibilities:
- Support the development of strategies for patient recruitment, retention, engagement, and patient-facing initiatives within assigned clinical programs.
- Partner with cross-functional teams and functional stakeholders to develop strategic direction and deliver effective solutions for clinical programs.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors or partners to develop and implement program deliverables.
- Develop an understanding of key platforms, systems, and capabilities used to support clinical program delivery.
- Incorporate the needs and experiences of patients and researchers when evaluating and developing program strategies.
- Contribute to a culture of collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement across teams.
- Help identify and implement best practices and standardized approaches to processes, tools, and workflows.
- Evaluate business and program needs to identify opportunities for process improvement, standardization, or automation.
- Provide strategic and technical support to ensure processes are effectively integrated across relevant clinical development functions.
- Support the delivery of appropriately scaled strategies that can be effectively implemented within clinical programs.
- Help ensure projects and deliverables are completed accurately and within established timelines.
Associate Delivery Lead Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, healthcare, life sciences, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 1 year of experience within the pharmaceutical industry, clinical research, clinical development, or a related environment.
- Understanding of the pharmaceutical drug and/or medical device development process preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage priorities and consistently deliver work within established timelines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence others toward a common goal.
- Comfortable working in a strategic, collaborative, and evolving environment.
- Ability to understand complex processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Legally authorized to work in the applicable country without requiring employment visa sponsorship.
- Minimal travel may be required.
