The Inpatient Infusion Pharmacist will support pharmacy operations across 5 locations in Southwest Ohio. This role is responsible for sterile compounding, medication preparation, dispensing support, and use of Epic/Epic Beacon while providing reliable coverage across multiple center locations.

The Inpatient Infusion Pharmacist will support pharmacy operations across 5 locations in Southwest Ohio. This role is responsible for sterile compounding, medication preparation, dispensing support, and use of Epic/Epic Beacon while providing reliable coverage across multiple center locations.
Inpatient Infusion Pharmacist Responsibilities:
- Prepare and compound intravenous medications using sterile technique in an infusion pharmacy setting.
- Support medication dispensing systems and pharmacy workflows, including Pyxis and Epic documentation.
- Provide coverage across all Premier Health Infusion Centers as scheduled.
- Maintain accuracy, safety, and compliance while preparing antibiotics, chemotherapy, IV piggybacks, and IV push medications.
- Collaborate with pharmacy and clinical teams to support patient care for adult infusion center patients.
- PharmD and RPh certifications are required.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience is required.
- Epic experience is required; Epic Beacon experience is preferred.
- IV compounding experience is required.
- Preferred experience includes compounding pharmacy work settings, chemotherapy, antibiotics, IV piggyback, IV push medications, sterile technique, and Pyxis.
