Hunter Recruiting is partnering with a well-established, multi-location professional services organization in its search for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its Human Resources team.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced recruiter who enjoys owning the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering with hiring managers, building strong talent pipelines, and creating an exceptional candidate experience.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for professional, administrative, and support positions across multiple locations.
  • Partner with hiring managers and HR leadership to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, professional associations, referrals, networking, and other channels.
  • Conduct resume reviews, candidate screenings, and behavioral/competency-based interviews.
  • Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication and feedback throughout the selection process.
  • Assist with employment offers, background checks, and pre-employment activities.
  • Support onboarding and new-hire orientation.
  • Build relationships with external recruiting partners and talent sources.
  • Maintain accurate candidate information and recruiting activity within the ATS.
  • Track recruiting metrics and identify opportunities to improve recruiting effectiveness.
  • Contribute to employer branding, talent pipeline development, and recruiting initiatives.
  • Support internship and other specialized talent acquisition programs.

What We're Looking For

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • Experience recruiting across multiple functions, departments, or locations.
  • Strong interviewing and candidate evaluation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting technology.
  • Strong organization, project management, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

  • Professional services, corporate, financial services, legal, or similar recruiting experience.
  • Experience recruiting professional, administrative, or specialized support talent.
  • Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and leadership.
  • Knowledge of employment law and recruiting compliance.
  • Experience using recruiting metrics to improve hiring strategies.
