Multicraft Maintenance Technician

Multicraft Maintenance Technician will support maintenance and fabrication activities in a manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on position requiring strong welding skills, fabrication experience, and the ability to perform a variety of general maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with small components and welding in tight or difficult-to-access spaces. You will play a key role in shaping how early designs become production-ready platforms.

You will play a key role in shaping how early designs become production-ready platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general mechanical and industrial maintenance tasks throughout the facility.
- Complete welding repairs and fabrication projects as needed.
- Weld small components and assemblies, often in tight or confined spaces.
- Read and interpret basic drawings, sketches, and measurements to support fabrication and repairs.
- Install mechanical components and route conduit and enclosures.
- Collaborate with engineering to resolve build issues and improve manufacturability.
- Help define and document repeatable assembly processes.
- Support the transition from prototype to repeatable production.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment and mechanical components.
- Assist with installation, modification, and repair of machinery and facility equipment.
- Use a variety of hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- 4+ years of industrial maintenance experience required; 10+ years preferred.
- Strong, hands-on welding experience required.
- Must be proficient in welding; specifically MIG welding
- Experience with metal fabrication, fitting, cutting, grinding, and related processes.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to climb ladders and lift 50 pounds.
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment safely.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
