Video and Podcast Production Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day video and podcast production activities, including production planning, scheduling, project coordination, and content organization.
- Assist with managing multiple video and podcast projects simultaneously while helping ensure deadlines and production milestones are met.
- Coordinate with producers, writers, editors, company experts, and other stakeholders to support content development and production workflows.
- Schedule video interviews and podcast recordings, manage calendars, and assist with production logistics to help ensure a smooth experience for all participants.
- Maintain organized records and archives for completed video and podcast assets, supporting efficient file management and content retrieval.
- Assist with content publishing, distribution, and promotional efforts across appropriate channels.
- Provide administrative and project support to help deliver high-quality video and podcast content aligned with organization marketing and communication goals.
Video and Podcast Production Coordinator Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in Marketing, Communications or Media Production
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Basic knowledge of video production software
