Position Summary
We are seeking a hands-on Electrical Technician to support the assembly and fabrication of electrical panels and wiring for precision applications. This role is ideal for someone with experience working with detailed wiring, multi-pin connectors, soldering, electrical schematics, and precision electrical assemblies.
Key Responsibilities
  • Build and assemble electrical panels and wiring systems according to engineering specifications and established procedures.
  • Perform precision wiring involving multi-pin connectors, terminals, harnesses, and other electrical components.
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, drawings, and assembly documentation.
  • Solder wires and electrical components using proper techniques and quality standards.
  • Building Control Panels
  • Route, terminate, label, and secure wiring within panels and assemblies.
  • Perform detailed electrical assembly work where accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail are critical.
  • Follow engineering drawings, work instructions, and other technical documentation to complete assemblies.
  • Assist with creating and improving work instructions and assembly documentation when needed.
  • Identify opportunities to improve assembly processes, documentation, and overall efficiency.
  • Take ownership of assigned projects and processes and proactively move work forward with limited supervision.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Perform other hands-on assembly and electrical duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience with electrical or electronic assembly, wiring, or related technical work.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
  • Soldering experience
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to consistently produce accurate work.
  • Comfortable working from detailed drawings, specifications, and technical instructions.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned work.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working in confined or restricted spaces when required.
  • Ability to follow established processes while also identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Experience building electrical panels or control panels.
