Test Technician Overview
The Test Technician will perform testing of aerospace electronic control units, rotating machines, MRO units, and production subassemblies. This role will set up test equipment, collect and analyze test data, troubleshoot results, and work with Engineering to develop test methods that ensure products meet required specifications. The position supports both production and MRO testing and requires adherence to FAA safety guidelines.

Test Technician Responsibilities
- Coordinate and perform production, MRO, and quality control testing.
- Test aerospace electronic control units, rotating machines, and board-level subassemblies.
- Set up and operate test equipment, fixtures, and instrumentation.
- Collect, analyze, and document test data and results.
- Troubleshoot testing issues and continue analysis until requirements are met.
- Complete test data sheets and prepare clear, accurate test reports.
- Assist with environmental testing as needed.
- Work with Product Design Engineers to develop and improve test methods.
- Follow FAA, safety, quality, and environmental requirements.
- Support occasional travel and evening/night hours as needed.
Test Technician Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field with 2+ years of related experience; or Associate's degree with 1+ year of related experience; equivalent experience may be considered.
- Experience with electronics testing, aerospace manufacturing, MRO, or rotating equipment preferred.
- Experience with board-level testing and electronic test equipment is a plus.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar software.
- U.S. Person required due to export control requirements; no sponsorship available.
