Project Manager Job Description
The Project Engineer is responsible for supporting the successful planning and execution of construction projects by coordinating daily operations, leading project meetings, and communicating progress to key stakeholders. The Project Manager oversees project schedules, budgets, and cost controls to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining strong relationships with owners, designers, subcontractors, and vendors. The Project Manager is responsible for promoting a culture of safety and accountability across all job sites. They oversee subcontractor and vendor coordination, support the contract award process, and mentor and develop the team to foster professional growth and project success.

Project Manager Day- To- Day
- Lead and facilitate project meetings, providing regular updates and reporting to key stakeholders while maintaining strong relationships with owners, designers, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Actively drive the company's Zero Injury Safety Program, fostering a culture of safety accountability across all project teams and job sites.
- Develop and manage comprehensive project schedules, establish budgets, and implement proactive cost control measures to ensure projects are delivered on time and within financial targets.
- Build and maintain productive working relationships with subcontractors and vendors, overseeing the contract awarding process to ensure seamless project execution.
- Train & develop assigned staff, including project Engineers, Co-op/Interns.
- BS in Civil, Mechanical, or Construction Engineering.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Water Infrastructure Construction or very related heavy/industrial construction.
- Experience successfully leading teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional Engineer (PE) License is preferred.
- Extensive experience with water infrastructure-related construction is preferred.
