Project Manager Overview:
The Project Manager will be responsible for leading cross-functional supply chain and operational initiatives, from planning through execution, coordinating internal teams, suppliers, and key stakeholders to ensure projects meet established objectives, timelines, and budgets. This role will focus on supplier transitions, operational readiness, process improvement, risk management, and project performance while providing clear communication to leadership and helping drive operational excellence across the organization.

This role will focus on supplier transitions, operational readiness, process improvement, risk management, and project performance while providing clear communication to leadership and helping drive operational excellence across the organization.
Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Manage and drive supply chain and operational projects across multiple business functions, ensuring projects remain aligned with defined scope, timelines, budgets, and overall business goals.
- Coordinate with multiple cross-functional departments, suppliers, and operational colleagues throughout project execution, including supplier transitions, process improvement initiatives, and operational readiness activities.
- Track project performance, provide regular updates to leadership, and maintain alignment between supply chain initiatives and broader organizational priorities.
- Support the company’s operating model and contribute to key business value drivers, including Profitable New Business, Productivity, Precision M&A, and Value-Based Pricing, through operational excellence, continuous improvement, collaboration, and customer focus.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- 6+ years of experience in supply chain, project management, or operations.
- Aerospace, Aviation, or Automotive industry experience, strongly preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and project management software
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and make project-related decisions.
- Project scheduling, budgeting, and milestone management
- Supplier transition, coordination, and operational readiness
- Risk identification, management, and issue resolution
- Operational reporting and communication with leadership
