Hunter International is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join our growing team at our new HQ building in Avon, OH. As a Senior Recruiter, you will continue to develop speed and efficiency and interface daily with internal and external teams to deliver excellence in recruiting.

- Manage the entire candidate submittal process, including VMS tools, bill rates, and pay rates.
- Consistently meet metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Create a culture that attracts the best talent and enables high-performance teams to do their best work.
- Coach and develop our next generation of recruiting leaders.
- Develop strong relationships with clients, connecting with key stakeholders.
- Serve as a point of contact for client concerns and needs.
- Work with business development and marketing to develop strategic plans for business growth.
- Master recruitment strategy and sourcing on high-priority roles.
- Ensure?consistent alignment of recruiting strategy and deployment to business objectives.
- Win trust and build credibility to advise, support, and drive value at all levels including executive leadership.
- Monitor the use of recruiting resources including ATS, job boards, marketing, etc.
- Establish regular communication and transparency on recruiting progress, key challenges, and wins to executive leadership.
- Design and deploy innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract exceptional talent across a wide spectrum of position types.
- Continuous improvement of recruiting processes to drive efficiency while creating exceptional candidate experiences.
Senior Recruiter Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- 5+ years of experience working in a technical recruitment environment.
- Exceptional professional written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated history of relationship building skills.
- Proven track record of profitability.
- High level of integrity, accountability, and commitment to compliance.
- Demonstrate a high sense of urgency and healthy appetite for competition.
- Strong technological aptitude.
