Recruiter Trainee

Job Overview: As a Recruiter Trainee, you will develop business acumen in recruiting and sales, learning from experts in the staffing and recruitment industry. You will receive training, both classroom-style, and practical application of knowledge and skills, to prepare you to utilize recruiting technologies and understand recruiting workflows.



Job Overview: As a Recruiter, you will identify qualified candidates utilizing recruiting technologies and innovative sourcing methods. You will partner with team members and management to identify top accounts, target skill sets, and key market segments. You will be responsible for successfully moving candidates through sourcing, submittal, interview, offer acceptance, onboarding, and retention stages. Continued training and development opportunities will be provided.


Senior Recruiter

Job Overview: As a Senior Recruiter, you will self-manage sourcing, recruitment, and placements for roles in a wide variety of technically-focused positions. You will work closely with various clients and customers to fully understand the client’s hiring needs for each project or position.
