Job Overview: Manages, secures and optimizes company databases to ensure that all vital organizational data is secure and all systems operate optimally. 

 

Basic Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain all company databases
  • Adhere to all of the organization’s established database management policies
  • Monitor all systems to ensure optimal performance
  • Identify and resolve all database performance issues
  • Confirm that all databases are backed-up to prevent memory loss in the event of a system failure

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
  • Prior experience as a Database Administrator
  • Proficient in data backup, recovery, security, and structured query language (SQL)

  • Possesses strong communication, time-management, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst

Job Overview: Tests all systems and software to ensure they are defect-free and perform to organization and industry standards and requirements. 

 

Basic Responsibilities:

  • Designs and executes all test plans to ensure systems and software meet their objectives
  • Implements and monitors all test scripts to evaluate system and software functionality, reliability, performance and quality
  • Investigates any reported system or software complaints and concerns
  • Corrects any identified system and software errors or defects
  • Recommend and implement all preventative measures and corrective actions to minimize disruptions and ensure quality
  • Develops all quality assurance policies and procedures
  • Ensures compliance with all industry requirements
  • Analyzes data and creates reports based on this information

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field
  • Experience as QA Analyst
  • Proficient in quality inspection, auditing, and testing
  • Possesses knowledge of various QA databases and applications
  • Possesses strong communication, time-management, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to multitask, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively
  • Proven ability to work independently and/or as part of a team

Senior Software Developer

Job Overview: Leads the team in all aspects of software development, including designing, testing and implementing all programs. 

 

Basic Responsibilities:

  • Collaborates with managers and developers on all software projects
  • Manages the design of the organization’s new and updated software programs, websites and applications
