Human Resources Administrator is responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department, assisting with various HR functions, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
 
Human Resources Administrator Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings.
  • Coordinate communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
  • Coordinate new hire onboarding and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Assist in the development and communication of benefit-related policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Keep abreast of changes in employment legislation and update policies accordingly.
  • Generate HR reports as needed for management and regulatory purposes.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and databases.
  • Provide administrative support for employee relations activities.
  • Assist in resolving employee inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Promote a positive work culture through engagement initiatives and communication efforts.

Human Resources Administrator Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in an HR administrative role or similar capacity.
  • Understanding of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
  • Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office applications.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
