The Parts Sales Coordinator will develop, set up & implement Aftermarket/ Parts Business’ short/ mid/ long term business direction/ strategy through data reporting and analysis. Additionally, the successful candidate will drive key parts sales & marketing activities to further develop brand and increase Parts revenue.

Parts Sales Coordinator Responsibilities
  • Data management, reporting, and analysis
  • Run regular reports and align these reports with overall team goals/ objectives.
  • Extract and analyze large sales data from SAP and recommend next steps for business opportunities and improvements.
  • Manage dealer master file for dealer performance reporting and metrics.
  • Create data visualization to monitor monthly trends and facilitate decision making.
  • Marketing/ Sales Activities & Program Coordination
  • Develop overall marketing & sales plan/ schedule/ activities and execute them on time, with quality, and within budget.
  • Coordinate the programs and activities with related teams to ensure implementation within the deadline.
  • Lead communication schedule and leverage appropriate channels for effective messaging.
  • Create and execute overall marketing programs for OEM and aftermarket parts.
  • Measure the effectiveness of promotions and recommend adjustments to improve future impact.
  • Sales Analysis & Strategy
  • Review and analyze sales/revenue vs. target
  • Prepare monthly sales report
  • Actively set up & execute short, mid & long-term plan
  • Lead & execute key projects/ marketing/ sales activities that will lead to additional revenue in the parts business.
  • Provide support to Parts Sales Managers/ Senior Parts Sales Manager.

Parts Sales Coordinator Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree – Business Administration
  • Construction Equipment parts knowledge preferred.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of business reporting and large sets of data analysis, advance projects/ promotion
  • Business/ Sales capability: Understanding of complex, matrixed organizations & experience leading projects, executing promotion & sales activities.
  • Comfortable in situations where presentations are required to communicate strategic direction to internal/external customers.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and SAP (ERP).
  • Advanced Excel skills including advanced functions, formulas, PowerPivot, Power Queries, data modeling, dashboard creation.
  • Strong analytical capability with ability to deliver data analysis summary to facilitate decision making.
  • Self-motivated and good organizational skills.
  • Min. 3 years of experience in Marketing
  • Min. 2 years of experience in Sales
  • Travel up to 10%
  • Reports to Parts Sales Manager/ Senior Parts Sales Manager
