System Administrator Summary:

The System Administrator will be a key player in strengthening our IT infrastructure to support company growth. Responsibilities include managing O365, optimizing server performance, and ensuring security. You'll also collaborate with teams, provide support, and conduct training sessions, utilizing your attention to detail and coordination skills in a dynamic office setting.

System Administrator Responsibilities:
 
  • Oversee O365 administration, encompassing implementations, configurations, account setup, and maintenance of security standards.
  • Construct, manage, upgrade, and patch servers to ensure optimal performance.
  • Continuously enhance both virtual and physical server environments.
  • Monitor server activity to preempt and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Proactively devise and implement strategies to bolster server security.
  • Collaborate across all organizational levels to address tier two and three support concerns.
  • Conduct training sessions to educate personnel on tier two and three administrations, covering both hardware and software aspects of PCs.
  • Install software updates and patches and assess new PC systems and associated equipment.

System Administrator Requirements:
 
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in server administration.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues and providing guidance.
  • Aptitude for error correction and error prevention.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Strong coordination skills and a proactive mindset.
  • Commitment to onsite work at our corporate headquarters.
  • Aspirations for leadership and management roles within the department.
